For our Amsterdam (HQ) team, we are looking for an E-Commerce Intern to provide daily support in maintaining various aspects of the online flagship store karllagerfeld.com, ranging from site merchandising and product ranking to enriching online products and analyzing performance.

Purpose of the role

Provide daily support to the E-Commerce team in maintaining various aspects of the online flagship store karllagerfeld.com, ranging from site merchandising and product ranking to enriching the online products and analyzing performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the E-Commerce team in managing all aspects of karllagerfeld.com
  • Assist with site merchandising and content management
  • Support in online product enrichment
  • Coordination of translation requests
  • Assist with back-end operations
  • Weekly market analysis and sales performance report
  • Assist with research and benchmarking
  • Administrative support
  • Support in office-related tasks

Skills, education & experience

  • Fashion, retail, e-commerce, or business-related studies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs is a plus
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written; additional spoken languages are a plus
  • Candidates should be available full-time (5 days a week) and must be enrolled in a University for the entire internship period
