About the role

Lightspeed Capital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enablement Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in empowering our Capital Account Managers with the knowledge, resources, and skills needed to drive exceptional performance and customer success within the Lightspeed Capital division. You will focus on onboarding, content creation and management, data capture, and training initiatives, ensuring our teams are equipped to excel in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Global Senior Performance and Enablement Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Onboarding Excellence:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new team members within Lightspeed Capital, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into their roles.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and maintain engaging and effective enablement content specific to Lightspeed Capital, including training materials, product guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Manage content repositories, ensuring easy access and version control.
  • Develop and maintain sales methodology decks to reinforce structured selling approaches relevant to Lightspeed Capital’s products and services.
  • Create product positioning guides, playbooks, and talk tracks to improve effectiveness within the context of Lightspeed Capital.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, on product knowledge, sales skills, and process improvements specific to Lightspeed Capital.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to support continuous learning within Lightspeed Capital.

Data Capture & Analysis:

  • Implement processes for capturing and analyzing data related to enablement initiatives within Lightspeed Capital, including training effectiveness and content usage.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize enablement programs related to Lightspeed Capital.
  • Leverage Salesforce to capture relevant information and to help improve training effectiveness within the context of Lightspeed Capital.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency within Lightspeed Capital.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting teams within Lightspeed Capital to align enablement efforts with business objectives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, best practice sharing, and reinforcement of key methodologies across the Lightspeed Capital organization.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Proven experience in enablement, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, ideally with experience in financial services or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in developing and delivering effective onboarding and training programs.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, including training materials, guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Experience in managing content repositories and ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
  • Proficiency in enablement platforms such as Docebo, Articulate, Gong, and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in data capture and analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; knowledge of Salesforce for reporting and data management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch/Flemish.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, with a strong ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics and KPIs to measure enablement effectiveness.
