Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by empowering our commercial teams to achieve peak performance through strategic enablement initiatives. In this newly created role, you'll equip sales professionals with the knowledge, content, and tools they need to excel, whilst driving process improvements and training programmes that accelerate their success and align with our go-to-market strategies.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training roadmaps for commercial teams based on thorough needs assessments to enhance both hard and soft skills across the sales organisation.
  • Create and maintain essential sales materials including playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards and customer success stories to support effective selling activities.
  • Deliver engaging training programmes through multiple channels such as e-learning platforms, workshops, webinars and one-to-one coaching sessions.
  • Manage a centralised content repository and conduct regular audits to identify gaps and ensure all sales materials remain current and relevant.
  • Map and standardise end-to-end sales processes to drive consistency and efficiency across all commercial teams.
  • Monitor and analyse content usage metrics and training completion rates to measure programme effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations, HR and Learning & Development teams to align enablement initiatives with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.

You have the following skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training or enablement roles.
  • Sales training and enablement expertise with instructional design capabilities.
  • Strong content development skills for creating sales playbooks and training materials.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and learning management platforms.
