As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you play a pivotal role in leading the management and support of our smart IT solutions deployed at airports worldwide. These solutions include mission-critical software that orchestrates the logistical transport of baggage, advanced data analytics platforms, and IT infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll coordinate all service delivery activities executed by our international team of specialists. You’ll be the key link between our customers and the Service Management organization—planning, authorizing, and evaluating IT service operations to ensure seamless performance and customer satisfaction.
This is a dynamic position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on coordination.

The Airports IT Services team is part of an IT Delivery Group that is active globally in selling, delivering and servicing our IT Solutions at Airports. You will work closely with other members of the IT Delivery Group that are active in Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Life Cycle Services.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €4.700 to €6.400 gross per month. Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
