Job Description

This role is for an Alliance/Partner Manager ServiceNow & SAP.

Role & responsibility

  • Partner Program Compliance: Ensure our participation in partner’s programs adhere to both the partner’s and Fujitsu’s policies, procedures, and legal requirements. This includes regular audits and proactive identification of potential issues.
  • Deal Registration & Tracking: Gather necessary information from our Sales teams to submit and accurately track deal registrations within the designated CRM/partner system. Monitor deal progress and escalate issues as needed.
  • Partner Certification Management: In partnership with our Delivery teams, regional & global, track and manage partner certification requirements, ensuring we maintain the necessary certifications and training. This includes coordinating training opportunities and tracking completion.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports and updates on partner performance, compliance, and program effectiveness for management. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partnership Management (Select Partners): Manage the day-to-day relationship with a select portfolio of partners, including ServiceNow and SAP. Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters, including communication, issue resolution, and relationship building.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Legal) to support partner activities and ensure alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve partner program efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills, technical qualifications, experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or alliance/partner programs and/or management role.
  • Strong understanding of partner program management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred: Skills, technical qualifications, experience

  • Experience working with ServiceNow and SAP.
  • Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) software.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends.
