As a Workday Core HCM Consultant:

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Collaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives, and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM
• Collaborating in diverse and disparate teams through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
