You are all about

We are looking for a skilled Project & Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Project & Product Manager, you will take full ownership of specific Workday initiatives, managing the lifecycle from backlog prioritization and requirements gathering to testing and release, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. At Rituals we outsource configuration to our partner(s), therefore you will be acting as a liaison between business and technology. Creative problem solving, impeccable communication, and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role. Constantly improving and in line with Rituals’ ambitions for the coming years, you will advise the business and implement short- and long-term improvements, always overseeing the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities: Product Management

  • You will manage the Workday product lifecycle, from planning and prioritization to testing and release, ensuring alignment with Rituals’ objectives.
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap development, conducting market research and gathering user feedback to refine feature prioritization and improve user experience.
  • Monitor product performance, identify improvements within HR processes, and support the Domain Lead and team in implementing optimized solutions.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across HR and Business Technology, acting as the primary point of contact to keep them informed and aligned with project goals and timelines.

Key responsibilities: Project Management

  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, schedules, and resource allocations to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards ensuring alignment with Rituals’ objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolve issues that could impact project outcomes, and manage dependencies and expectations effectively across teams.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, presenting updates in a confident, articulate manner and adapting content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders by translating technical language to be easily understandable, fostering collaboration, and championing best practices in agile scrum methodologies.
  • Drive value and optimize solutions by identifying improvements and enhancements within systems, guiding teams to build and maintain sustainable and scalable software that supports evolving business and technical requirements.

You want to explore new tooling and domains, and you have project management skills and a positive attitude. You get energy from working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Moreover, you have:

  • 3-5 years experience with Workday (must have)
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Project Management).
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.
  • Demonstrated the ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • You are data-driven with excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize product impact.
  • You thrive in an international, dynamic environment where English is often the language of choice.
