For the Oracle HCM Senior Consultant role, you also have:

What you bring

• A relevant Master’s degree (in HR, Business, or IT) with excellent academic results
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of HR Technology, ideally within a consultancy firm
• Experience with HR technology, preferably in Oracle HCM Cloud and/or HR Service Delivery space
• The ability to work effectively in international teams
• Previous experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering quality commitments on time
• Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent social and communication skills
• An excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch and English

As Oracle HCM Senior Consultant, you will work on projects focusing on advising and implementing innovative HR solutions for a diverse range of clients. Your mission is to assist Deloitte’s clients in transforming their HR functions by digitizing their HR environments and enhancing process design. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including Oracle HCM Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in driving this transformation. In your role, you will apply your knowledge and experience in HR technology, delivering high-quality solutions that meets clients’ needs. At Deloitte, collaboration is key; you will spend significant time working with multidisciplinary teams at client sites, acting as a primary point of contact.

How do you do this?

• Consulting, configuring and implementing digital HR solutions, including Oracle HCM Cloud, using agile methodologies (preparing and facilitating client workshops, writing user stories, creating and optimizing HR business processes, configuring and developing processes, and developing workflows)
• Providing guidance on innovative ideas and applications, as well as on configuration and development approaches to optimize HR processes
• Supporting organizations and their employees through the changes that new technologies and process enhancements entail
• Taking responsibility for specific (sub)deliverables in a project team
• Defining, analyzing and/or implementing business processes, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud and guiding the final deliverables of the Go-Live phase
• Contributing to business development of clients and accounts
• Ensuring quality assurance on HR-IT systems and advising on HR-IT strategies, design, and Target Operating Model, while also creating and refining these strategies
