Bij VodafoneZiggo werk je aan de beloningsmodellen van onze 220 salesprofessionals. Je bedenkt slimme incentive- en commissiestructuren en zorgt dat bonussen altijd correct en op tijd worden uitgekeerd. Je controleert sales- en orderdata en voert audits uit om te garanderen dat alles klopt. Je analyseert cijfers en deelt inzichten met Sales, Finance en HR. Je adviseert collega’s over compensatieregels en helpt teams bij vragen over hun beloning. Daarnaast kijk je continu hoe processen en systemen beter kunnen, zodat de salesorganisatie efficiënt en overzichtelijk blijft werken.

Je houdt van werken met cijfers en vindt het leuk om overzicht te creëren in processen. Jij helpt collega’s begrijpen hoe hun beloning werkt en zorgt dat alles klopt en duidelijk is. Wat jij verder meebrengt:

Je hebt een hbo-opleiding in Bedrijfskunde, Finance of iets soortgelijks
Je hebt ervaring met sales compensation, commissies of incentives
Excel en BI-tools gebruik je als vanzelf
Je kent salesprocessen en incentive modellen, bij voorkeur in B2B
Je werkt nauwkeurig en haalt graag elke fout eruit
Je hebt ervaring met audits en controles
Je legt cijfers helder uit aan collega’s
Ervaring met compensatiesoftware of systemen is een pluspunt
