At Rituals, we are looking for a Pricing Manager to strengthen our Data & Process Management domain within Innovation. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring consistent, accurate, and well-governed pricing execution across our global markets.
As Pricing Manager, you are responsible for the operational excellence of our global pricing processes. You safeguard pricing governance standards, manage pricing operations in our pricing tool (PriceFX), and ensure high-quality pricing data that supports both commercial and financial objectives. Your work enables confident pricing decisions and supports Rituals’ continued growth across EUR and non-EUR markets.
You work closely with the Senior Pricing Manager, Market Analytics, Control, Innovation Process & Data teams, and commercial stakeholders. While the role is tactical and operational in nature, your contribution is critical in building a reliable pricing foundation for strategic decision-making. In short, you ensure that our pricing processes run smoothly, accurately, and consistently, providing the backbone for scalable and compliant pricing across the organization.
