The Learning & Development (L&D) Programme Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of all international L&D programmes, including Career Academies, the School of Business, Talent Programmes (Elevate, Momentum), and Career Pathways. This role ensures that all programmes are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the latest learning needs of the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Oversee the organisation, delivery, and continuous improvement of all international L&D programmes
  • Work closely with the Senior L&D Manager and other L&D Managers to ensure programmes remain current and responsive to business needs
  • Collaborate with the Global Service Centre (GSC) to ensure effective project coordination and high-quality delivery of all learning initiatives
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing programmes and processes to enhance impact and efficiency
  • Partner with L&D and GSC teams to measure the impact of programmes, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of L&D, highlighting key successes, learnings, and recommendations for future development
  • Ensure all programmes are aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities and support the development of critical capabilities across the international business

Skills and Experience

  • Programme Management: Proven ability to oversee multiple learning and talent programmes simultaneously, from design through to delivery and evaluation

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship-building skills, able to work effectively with senior leaders, L&D colleagues, the Global Service Centre (GSC), and business stakeholders across different regions

  • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional and international teams, ensuring alignment and smooth project coordination

  • Continuous Improvement: Ability to review, update, and enhance programmes based on feedback, business needs, and learning trends

  • Data & Impact Measurement: Skilled in using data and metrics to assess programme effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive improvements

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present updates, successes, and recommendations clearly to senior audience

  • Project Coordination: Strong organisational skills, able to manage timelines, resources, and competing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes

  • Change Management: Experience supporting or leading change initiatives within a learning or HR context
