At Coty, we are looking for a Training Manager who ensures best-in-class training delivery, brand storytelling, and retail execution that inspires beauty advisors and elevates sell-out performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Training (European Distributor Markets & Benelux) in driving education excellence across 40+ countries, with a strong focus on Makeup & Skincare.
  • Localize and implement education strategies across the Amsterdam Marketing Hub in alignment with brand priorities and regional guidelines.
  • Adapt global training materials to regional and retailer needs while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up on key market education activations.
  • Assist in developing training toolkits, e-learning content, and digital learning assets tailored for each market.
  • Partner closely with brand marketing, commercial, distributor, and retailer teams to ensure training supports sell-out targets and launches.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for distributor trainers and BENELUX retail education teams, ensuring smooth execution of training plans.
  • Track and analyze training results and market feedback, providing insights and recommendations to improve future programs.
  • Monitor training KPIs and support quarterly business reviews.

You Are a Coty Fit

You will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, retail operations, or brand education within the FMCG or beauty/luxury/lifestyle business, ideally fragrance-focused.
  • Proven expertise in makeup and skincare education, with the ability to train, coach, and inspire retail teams across diverse markets.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and digitally.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.
  • Professional makeup training and/or significant hands-on experience as a makeup artist or makeup educator.
  • Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, routines, and product technologies, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging, retail-relevant training.
  • Experience delivering education to beauty advisors, trainers, or sales teams, ideally in a retail or luxury beauty environment.
  • Confidence training both in person and virtually, adapting content to different audiences and levels of expertise.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and learning management platforms (LMS).
