Are you an experienced and driven Siebel CRM Developer who enjoys designing, developing, and optimizing complex CRM environments? Do you thrive in a role where you take ownership of both development and operations, ensuring seamless performance and stable integrations? If this sounds like you, then we’re looking for you!
As a Siebel CRM Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our Siebel landscape. You ensure that our CRM environment runs smoothly by designing and developing customizations, managing integrations, monitoring performance, and resolving issues across environments. You will also take ownership of optimizing Siebel components, evaluating system performance, and performing crash analysis. Through your work, you ensure that the platform remains stable, efficient, and aligned with the needs of the business. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be part of a small, specialised team, including a Product Owner, a Technical Lead, and CRM specialists. Together, you work daily on optimising and ensuring the availability of our customer and order management within the CRM landscape. You will also collaborate closely with other teams across the tech organisation, such as IT Operations and Infrastructure.
At Independer, you can make a real impact within a critical CRM environment that supports our customer and order processes. In this role, you help ensure that our Siebel landscape is stable, reliable, and continuously improving. By doing so, you directly contribute to offering customers the best possible experience and helping them make complex choices simple. You will enjoy a lot of responsibility and freedom, with plenty of room for your ideas, improvements, and solutions.
Independer’s DNA is characterized by optimism, customer focus, and active collaboration. This is reflected in a workplace where you can truly be yourself, take charge of your own professional development, and carry out your work with complete freedom. Additionally, you’ll work in an environment where you can play pool or darts during breaks and have the option to work in a hybrid setup.
