Are you ready to shape how Rituals creates meaningful digital experiences across web and mobile? Join us and help elevate how we use insights to drive better decisions and create seamless journeys for our customers.

Do you want to lead and grow a team of Digital Product Analysts who sit at the heart of our digital journey teams? Are you someone who can move easily between hands-on analytical work and high-level strategic thinking? If you enjoy switching between rolling up your sleeves and steering long-term discovery direction, this managerial role could be the perfect fit.

We are looking for a leader who can empower our Digital Product Analysts, guide strategic discovery, and ensure we make the smartest decisions possible across our digital product landscape.

Role Overview

Your role will involve:

  • Leading and supporting a team of Digital Product Analysts who are embedded within our journey teams across web and mobile.
  • Making sure analysts feel supported, challenged, and connected, even though they work across different product areas.
  • Helping the Portfolio team translate insights into strong strategic choices.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of Digital Product Analysts, you will:

  • Oversee all Digital Product Analysts within the journey teams, ensuring their work connects to our broader strategy and that they follow consistent, high-quality analytical standards.
  • Stay hands-on when needed, whether that means joining a deep-dive analysis, helping frame a discovery question, running an experiment, or supporting a team stuck on a complex problem.
  • Lead strategic discovery topics, making sure we are solving the right problems and taking an omnichannel view across web and mobile.
  • Build trusted relationships with business, tech, and design stakeholders to keep alignment strong and help teams focus on what matters most.
  • Bring fresh practices and methods to how analysts work, from better measurement frameworks to more structured ways of understanding customer behaviour.
  • Grow the capability of the team by coaching analysts in advanced web and mobile analytics, funnel optimisation, and user behaviour insights.
  • Ensure all analysis, from hands-on work to strategic discovery, supports clear decision-making and shapes the direction of our digital product roadmaps.

When are you successful?

You are successful in this role when the team of Digital Product Analysts continues to grow and thrive, with high engagement, strong collaboration, and a shared sense of ownership. You translate data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions and contribute to better customer experiences and business results. Analysts feel supported and connected across journey teams, regardless of where they sit in the product landscape. You combine hands-on analytical work with thoughtful leadership, enabling both strong delivery today and impactful discovery for the future. As a trusted partner to stakeholders, your insights help shape portfolios, unlock growth, and drive innovation.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 7+ years of experience leading Product Analysts or similar roles within a data-driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing analysts working across multiple squads or journey teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as SQL, Python or R, and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, or Appsflyer.
  • Strong knowledge of product discovery, particularly in web and mobile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for innovative ways of working and continuously improving how insights are used across teams.
  • A leadership style that brings people together and fosters an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
