Your role

You will also strengthen our team by carrying out external assignments where we help clients with Root Cause Analyses and provide targeted advice on quality improvements and organizational culture.

Who you are

  • You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (Psychology, Philosophy, Anthropology, Sociology), Public Administration, Business Administration or another relevant field.
  • You have an understanding of the audit profession and an audit organization, or you are open to gaining this essential understanding.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex issues.
  • You have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and you are able to present results clearly.
  • You have experience and affinity with conducting qualitative research such as interviews and (focus) group discussions.
  • You have experience with quantitative research (knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, and Alteryx is a plus).
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
  • You are able to work effectively both in a team and independently, and you are strong in building connections and maintaining relationships.
  • You enjoy working together and contribute to an open, safe and inquisitive team culture.
