Front End Development Internship

Are you someone who loves playing with code and design?

Do you follow the latest trends in web technology and keep up with podcasts or social media of influential designers or developers? Do you like clean and maintainable code? Do you even have an eye for detail regarding design? Then we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do

• Work across a variety of interesting web projects
• Work with TomTom’s frontend team and learn about their way of working
• Experience working with a Design System
• Possibility to explore related areas of interest, like DevOps, data migration and test automation (Vitest, Playwright)
• Chance to work with a headless CMS (Storyblok)
• Explore the opportunity to leverage AI tools

What you'll need

• You should be enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the internship
• You have an EU citizenship or enrolment in a Dutch university due to work permit regulations
• You are available to start 1st of March
• Experience developing single page apps using React, NextJS, Astro, Svelte or similar frameworks
• Experience with other JavaScript/TypeScript libraries and tooling
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
• Link to your Portfolio (or Codepen or Github) demonstrating web development work
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus
