Help us reimagine banking – one component at a time.

On September 2nd, 2025, the Generic Customer Processes (GCP) Grid within the Customer Data Solutions (CDS) organization officially started. This grid is where end-to-end business processes, customer journeys, and application ownership come together. In our new department, we design and build journeys that every customer touches – from signing up for an account to updating personal details and managing preferences. We work on generic customer processes that are critical to smooth, consistent, and user-friendly journeys across our organization. Our mission is clear: enhance and digitalize customer processes, while building them in a modular way using the building blocks of a modern, seamless banking experience. That’s where you come in.

Your job

As Chapter Lead Front-End, you’ll play a dual role – balancing hands-on technical contributions with people leadership. You’ll lead a chapter of skilled front-end developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support in their personal and professional development, and building a strong chapter culture. Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting and driving best practices in front-end development across teams.
  • Driving the adoption of best practices in front-end development, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the team's workflow where applicable.
  • Collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
  • Supporting chapter members through regular 1-on-1’s, feedback cycles, and career growth planning.
  • Contributing to architectural decisions, aligning with other Chapter Leads to maintain technical consistency and foster innovation across the organization.

Working environment

You’ll be part of an open, collaborative, and innovative culture – where initiative is highly valued, learning is continuous, and challenges are tackled together. We believe great teams build great products, and we support our people with the tools, freedom, and trust to do their best work.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies and RESTful APIs.
