THE ROLE
The Regional Procurement Senior Manager Logistics Americas leads all Air and Ocean logistics spend globally, managing an approximate spend of 40M-50M USD. This role is responsible for building and managing a cost-efficient, sustainable, and flexible supplier base, in line with the organization’s Supply Chain goals. Success in this position requires strong stakeholder relationships with supply chain and finance colleagues, and the ability to leverage industry knowledge—particularly in beauty logistics—to drive efficiencies. The Senior Manager is a key member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, driving the overall business agenda across the region and reporting to the Global Category Logistics Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a robust long-term global strategy aligned with key internal stakeholders, leveraging industry dynamics and suppliers with stakeholder support
- Delivering end-to-end and sustainable value creation
- Developing strong supplier relationships to support our turnaround strategy and innovations
Profile and Education
- At least 5-7 years of combined supply and procurement experience
- Experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus
- Significant experience in both Air and Ocean freight; Road freight experience is a plus
- Experience working in an international environment and matrix organization
- Degree qualified
- High degree of fluency in English is required

- Expertise in stakeholder management up to and including Executive Committee (EC) level
- Confident, transparent, and clear communication style, including strong presentation skills
- People management experience is a plus
- Result-oriented, hands-on individual with a solid track record
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal savvy
- Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 10% of working time)
