Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and ensuring they get the most value from our solutions. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, providing strategic advice, and acting as a trusted partner for ongoing success.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales, product, and support teams to align client needs with business goals. Your insights will help shape product development and ensure that Hotelchamp continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and strategy sessions.
  • Provide tailored advice and training to help clients maximize the benefits of our platform.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, working with product and development teams to address client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and advise clients on additional solutions that could enhance their business.

What You’ll Bring

  • SaaS experience required; hospitality tech experience preferred.
  • Comfortable leading onboarding, training, QBRs, and strategic conversations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a big plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Analytical and structured, with strong ownership.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic, international team.
