Your role

  • Provide (predictive) commercial performance insights and deliver input for key meetings such as MPR, SPOR, ad hoc questions, and deep dives, including sell-out, stock analyses, and market share forecasting.
  • Offer insight into sustainable customer growth and deliver input for channel strategy by validating customer and customer trends, defining category value drivers, providing customer segmentation insights, analyzing market trends, and projecting growth.
  • Translate WEPH business questions into an effective analytics plan.
  • Provide regular consumer and customer WEPH trends.
  • Set targets for WEPH sell-out and market share.

You are a part of

Philips Personal Healthcare Western Europe, driving commercial performance and sustainable customer growth across categories and zones via insights and analytics.

You're a fit if:

  • You have a university degree (bachelor’s degree) and more than 5 years of related experience in commercial insights and analytics.
  • You possess strong working knowledge of basic analytical tools and sharp predictive skills to work on large amounts of data.
  • You are a cross-functional connector, able to build bridges across the organization to deeply understand the business and amplify learnings to infuse the voice of the customer into our culture.
  • You can synthesize across multiple sources and tools (such as Qliksense and Excel) into a clear and concise story that drives actionable insights.
  • You are a straightforward communicator who can organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.This is a temporary role till the end of 2026.
