Introduction to the job

In this role, you lead the development and execution of learning strategies that strengthen ASML’s sales teams. You collaborate across departments to deliver impactful learning solutions and equip the sales team with means, methods and capabilities as required.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Manage, rationalize and prioritize learning and knowledge products & services in scope of the College
  • Identify and maintain view of competences and skills in scope of the College
  • Translate learning needs to learning priorities together with Academy and business roles
  • Develop and deploy trainings within the Sales College scope and facilitate if needed (Onboarding, product trainings, process and competence trainings)
  • Responsible for the management of daily operations of the college
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on content and knowledge management best practices
  • Manage and rationalize curated content within the college
  • Aggregate the most useful information into one location and organize, so that it can be easily found (learning paths in LXP, Sales SharePoint)
  • Maintain the information & learning assets, to remain relevant and up to date
  • Create and maintain access group rights for restricted training content
  • Collaborate with experts, business partners, architects and learning solutions designers of other academies for best practice knowledge transfer

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • 8 years or more working experience in learning and development

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools and platforms
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Ability to work independently
