Join Surfly as a Senior Solutions Engineer with a Product Focus

Surfly is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer with a product focus to lead the technical go-to-market strategy for Webfuse, our new product that enables AI agents and chatbots to interact with web applications.

This is a Solutions Engineering role with unusual depth – you'll spend 50% of your time on traditional SE activities and 50% directly influencing product strategy alongside our CEO.

We're a profitable, 12-year-old company ($4M ARR) that's dominated the co-browsing market. Now we're launching Webfuse to capture the massive opportunity in conversational AI. We need someone who can both sell the vision and shape what we build. Traditional SEs join after product-market fit. You'll help us find it.

What You'll Do

  • Solutions Engineering (50%)
    • Lead technical sales for strategic Webfuse opportunities (€50K+ deals)
    • Build POCs integrating chatbot platforms (11Labs, Cognigy, CM) with Webfuse
    • Own RFP responses and security assessments
    • Enable partners and internal teams on Webfuse capabilities
  • Product Strategy (50%)
    • Weekly 1:1s with CEO to shape product roadmap based on field insights
    • Define our integration strategy with conversational AI platforms
    • Build the "blueprint ecosystem" – reusable templates that become our moat
    • Represent customer voice in monthly product planning sessions
    • Own competitive intelligence for web automation + AI space

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering
  • Deep knowledge of conversational AI/chatbot platforms
  • Enterprise sales experience with complex, technical products
  • Track record of influencing product decisions, not just selling
  • Can code (Python/JavaScript) but prefer building POCs to writing production code

Ideal Background

  • You've been a Senior SE at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with contact center technology (NICE, Genesys, Five9)
  • You've launched a new product or opened a new market segment
  • You're known for strategic thinking, not just technical skills
