Rituals is growing—fast. We’re expanding into new markets, opening new stores, and strengthening our online presence across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With around 100 new stores each year, our ambitions are bigger than ever. To keep up with this hypergrowth, we’re looking for new talent to join our Supply Chain team and help shape the future of Rituals.

At Rituals, our motto is simple:

Supply Chain will never be the bottleneck for growth.

To live up to that promise, we invest heavily in capacity expansion, scalable processes, smart automation, and continuous improvement. Our goal? To stay in control with simple, elegant solutions—while always keeping customer service at the heart of what we do.

We also invest in you. Besides offering a dynamic role with plenty of opportunities to deepen your expertise, you’ll grow through our brand-new Supply Chain Training Academy. Expect new systems, new projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and the chance to lead or participate in optimizations.

As a Supply Planner at Rituals, you ensure maximum product availability at our suppliers by translating our S&OP demand forecast into the best possible production plan. You continuously optimize ways of working with suppliers to maximize profitability, efficiency, and availability. You will join one of our category Supply Planning teams within the Supply Chain Department, reporting to a Supply Planning Manager and collaborating closely with colleagues across the end-to-end supply chain as well as with external suppliers. Your analytical mindset, pragmatic approach, and strong sense of ownership help you guarantee that the right products are available—in the right amount, at the right quality, at the right place, at the right time. Always.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Product Availability at Suppliers: ensure maximization of availability while always maintaining this within the agreed boundaries with suppliers.
  • Production planning: planning productions with suppliers and managing inventory of the products within your category.
  • Supplier Management: managing the Rituals supply chain – supplier relationships while always looking for improvements and continuity of the collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Management: provide relevant and on time information towards our fulfilment teams and supply operations team, regarding available supply at suppliers.
  • Informed Decision Making: monitor supply and demand signals, turn data into knowledge and understand variations across the supply network. Identify and execute solutions and enhance and automate the decision-making process to realise operational excellence within the value chain.
