As an Enterprise Planner, you ensure an optimal balance between customer demand, material availability, capacity, and inventory. You translate forecasts and customer orders into a realistic production and delivery plan and proactively adjust when circumstances change. With your insight into the entire chain — from demand to delivery — you safeguard delivery reliability, create operational stability, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s level thinking and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand/enterprise planning, or production planning (experience in a production environment is a must).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex planning challenges.
Excellent communication skills: you interact smoothly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
A proactive mindset: you identify bottlenecks early and take initiative to solve them.
Accuracy, reliability, and a structured way of working.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (such as Infor, SAP, or similar).
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Analyzing and validating customer demand and translating it into production requirements.
Managing the full order book and processing changes.
Coordinating with Purchasing on material availability and follow-up of purchase orders.
Identifying risks in supply, capacity, or planning and escalating in time.
Releasing and following up on production orders in the ERP system.
Daily alignment with production, logistics, and other internal stakeholders.
Coordinating timely deliveries and resolving deviations toward customers.
Analyzing logistics performance and initiating improvement actions.
Managing and optimizing master data and planning parameters.
