Unilever Professional (UPro) is the B2B arm of Home Care (HC), created in 2019, with a strong track record of growth and an ambition to triple the business by 2030. Unilever Professional specializes in offering Home Care solutions tailored for professional cleaning sectors, including Restaurants, Hotels, Offices, and Commercial Laundries, and is currently operational in 44 markets. At the core of our brand, we are all about making professional cleaning simple, effective, and accessible to every business, every day. Our motto: Professional Cleaning. Made simple.
The UPro marketing team serves operators around the globe with professional cleaning solutions that inspire them, help them progress their business, and support them in their daily operations. We aim to create a perfect experience for both the operator and the consumer. This is an exciting and rewarding journey to participate in building the future of Professional HC. We are looking for an ambitious, capable marketer who can act as an intrapreneur.
Main purpose of the job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Category & Assistant Brand Manager to join our UPro team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in portfolio management, innovation, and strategic development within the B2B sector. This role requires a forward-thinking candidate who can drive product innovation, manage product portfolios, and ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of our operator. You will drive the Brand and Category growth agenda of UPro globally.
