Global Tax Accounting / Pillar II Lead

Your key responsibilities

• Act as key contact person for all Tax Reporting and Effective Tax Rate related matters within dsm-firmenich globally, including actively coaching and developing Tax Accounting and Pillar II Managers
• Define and implement Tax Accounting and Pillar II strategy, including policies, standards, and guidelines
• Oversee annual and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accurate Effective Tax Rate forecasts and actuals
• Manage relationships with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and compliance
• Ensure global compliance with Pillar II requirements
• Lead the Tax Accounting and Pillar II expertise center, including knowledge sharing, attending seminars, and driving the technology roadmap

You bring

• Academic background in tax law or tax economics, with at least 10 years of proven expert-level experience
• Extensive knowledge of international tax structures and planning, including fiscal sensitivities across countries
• Strong expertise in IAS 12 and tax reporting methods and reporting packages; Oracle TRCS is a plus
• Affinity with tax technology and ability to lead technology-related initiatives
• Fluent in English and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Result-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with strong organizational, planning, and relationship-building skills; able to work independently under high pressure and changing environments
