As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a driven Junior/Medior Sales Representative (BDR) to play a key role in expanding our reach across Europe.
SOUS – 2026 Growth Objectives
- Position SOUS as Europe’s leading platform for chefs and restaurants to drive additional revenue.
- Accelerate adoption of our AI-growth and Commerce tools.
- Expand into Germany and Denmark in 2026.

Your Role in This Growth
- Full focus on new business in your first year — driving consistent growth in the single-outlet restaurant segment.
- Own your funnel: follow up on warm leads (Lemlist), generate new opportunities, close deals, and build strong customer relationships.
- Operate with freedom and full responsibility — you’ll have clear targets, and the space to achieve them in your own way.
- Work closely with the founder and head of sales, who focus on opening new markets, larger accounts, and group deals.
- Contribute to building a scalable commercial foundation that supports SOUS’s international expansion.
- Follow a clear growth path within SOUS, with guidance on how to progress toward Senior AE or other commercial roles.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a strong outbound and inbound pipeline in the F&B market.
- Lead consultative sales conversations with chefs and restaurant owners.
- Convert both hot (Lemlist) and cold leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
- Share customer insights with marketing and product to improve positioning and product development.
What you bring
- 1–3 years of sales experience (SaaS, hospitality, or startup experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a consultative, solution-driven approach.
- Comfortable with targets, CRM workflows, and structured outreach.
- Affinity with the food & beverage industry and digital products.
- Bringing your own network in F&B / Restaurants industry is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
