The Sales Support employee ensures smooth, accurate and proactive support throughout the commercial and customer onboarding process. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative, operational and communicative support to account managers, technical project managers and customers in order to optimize sales effectiveness, project coordination and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-line support for commercial and administrative processes
- Sales documentation, quotation preparation and contract administration
- CRM management and data accuracy
- Project creation, coordination and monitoring
- Onboarding coordination between customer, account manager and TPM/CS
- Legal and compliance process coordination
- Supporting account management through accurate follow-up and task handling
- Managing cancellations processes
Core Tasks:
- Send general information to new prospects
- Prepare quotations based on input from account managers
- Perform background checks on prospects
- Request purchase order (PO) numbers from customers
- Administer quotation agreements in relevant systems
- Coordinate legal processes in collaboration with internal legal stakeholders
- Create, monitor and coordinate projects; liaise between account manager, TPM/CS and customer
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure smooth communication between relevant stakeholders
- Ensure correct and timely administration of all activities in the CRM system
- Administer and manage contracts
- Prepare basic customer-facing presentations (including QBR materials)
- Support account managers with follow-up on customer contact and delegated tasks
- Process cancellations in accordance with internal procedures
Requirements:
- HBO-level education or equivalent
- Proven 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Deployteq application (training on the job provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Highly communicative and customer-oriented
