What are you going to do?

You are not only a manager, but also a coach and connector. You create an environment in which trust, cooperation, and development are central. You provide direction, but leave room for initiative. Specifically, this means:

Management & coaching

• You motivate and guide your team so that everyone can get the best out of themselves. Your team consists of seven HR professionals, including specialists in payroll, HR administration, case management, and HR consulting.
• You build a culture of trust and cooperation.

Structure & process optimization

• You provide clarity and clear processes.
• You are constantly looking for improvements and use digitization to work smarter.

Operational excellence

• You monitor the quality, compliance, and timeliness of HR processes.
• You keep an eye on KPIs and translate insights into improvement actions.

Collaboration & service provision

• You are the connecting link between HR Services, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders.
• You ensure a proactive, customer-focused approach towards employees and management.

What do you bring to the table?

You have a solid foundation in HR and know how to grow a team. You are hands-on, but also strategic when necessary. Furthermore:

Education & experience

• HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably HRM or business administration.
• At least 8 years of experience in HR, including 2 years in a managerial or coordinating role.

Your strengths

• You bring structure and monitor processes, but remain flexible.
• You are analytical and results-oriented, with an eye for quality and detail.
• You communicate clearly and know how to create support.
• Coaching leadership is in your DNA: motivating, developing, and connecting.
• You are stress-resistant, pragmatic, and keep a cool head in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge

• Thorough knowledge of HR processes, legislation, regulations, and payroll.
• Experience with HR systems and digitization (AFAS is an advantage).
• Experience with process optimization and project-based working.
