Een korte blik op jouw rol
Tijdens je stage assisteer je de F&B Director van de Northern Europe Business Unit. De F&B Director is verantwoordelijk voor verschillende aspecten met betrekking tot de F&B afdelingen in de hotels, zoals het creëren en implementeren van nieuwe projecten in de hotels, het bijhouden en bewaken van de kwaliteitsscores, communicatie tussen de hotels en het hoofdkantoor en het verbeteren van de procedures, handleidingen en scores. Je assisteert de directeur tijdens vergaderingen en hotelbezoeken, je plant vergaderingen, verzamelt de benodigde informatie of woont een vergadering of bezoek bij om de F&B directeur te vertegenwoordigen.

- Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en je bent een zelfstandig persoon met een hands on mentaliteit.
- Je moet de Engelse taal beheersen.
- Omdat je veel moet reizen voor deze functie moet je flexibel zijn in je werktijden.
- Een opleiding en passie voor de horeca is een vereiste.
- Je bent minimaal 6 maanden beschikbaar.
- Je bent beschikbaar om te beginnen in Februari/Maart 2026.
