Your Role at a Glance
During your internship, you will be assisting the F&B Director from the Northern Europe Business Unit. The F&B Director is responsible for several aspects regarding the F&B departments in the hotels, such as creating and implementing new projects in the hotels, maintaining and observing the quality scores, communication between the hotels and the Headquarters, and improving the procedures, manuals and scores. You will assist the director during meetings and hotel visits, plan meetings, gather the necessary information, or attend a meeting or visit to represent the F&B Director.

- As you have to travel a lot for this function, you should be flexible in your working hours.
- An education and passion for the hospitality industry is required.
