The MSE (Mars Supply Excellence) Regional Coach will drive operational excellence by ensuring that the MSE deployment in the region aligns with our ambition. As a change agent, the MSE Coach will coach and train the Regional Supply team and Factory management teams on the effective deployment of key MSE strategies and processes. The MSE Regional Coach is accountable for building MSE capability across sites in the region. Success will be measured by the results achieved by the sites in terms of operational performance improvements, capability building, and demonstration of desired behaviors, as measured through the MSE maturity audit.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Technical field
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership roles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with and understanding TPM principles and methods (specifically AM, PM, FI, and FMOS), with a proven track record in leading operational excellence improvements
  • Experience with multi-plant and/or multi-unit projects
  • Training in Project Management, food safety, associate safety, P&L principles, and Supply/Manufacturing practices
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are beneficial

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead the implementation, design, and execution of MSE processes in alignment with the MSE Framework
  • Lead auditing and diagnostic activities
  • Build capability (general MSE, technical capabilities, loss reduction, digital) across Regional Supply teams and Factory management teams, and provide input for the MSE Academy training program planning process to ensure regional training needs are met
  • Demonstrate competence in TPM, combined with expertise in AM, PM, FI, and daily management systems, to drive effective loss reduction activities through site Go&See visits
  • As a continuous improvement manager, drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, utilizing the MSE framework to analyze, improve, and sustain organizational performance
  • Be accountable for process delivery in service of business results
  • Drive PMO governance of MSE
  • Actively participate in Communities of Practice/Communities of Development (CoP/CoD) to share learnings and best practices
