What you will do
As a Fraud Operations Intern, you will be part of the Tiqets Finance team. Together with the Fraud Manager, you are responsible for creating all sorts of business analysis. You are result driven, ambitious and like getting things done as quickly as possible, in a smart and accurate way.
About the Role:
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including compiling and organizing key documents
- Managing communication with financial institutions (such as banks) and maintaining professional correspondence
- Serving as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their requests
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail when processing information and handling financial data
- Working across multiple systems — including Adyen, PayPal, and various internal customer platforms — to support daily operations
- Monitoring and managing chargeback cases, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Overseeing the daily inbox, prioritizing and addressing incoming requests efficiently
- Collaborating closely with the Support team, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues
About you:
- You should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business Administration or general studies) and remain so for the duration of the internship. Unfortunately, if you have already graduated, we cannot proceed
- You are available to start on February 15th or March 1st
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English; any additional language is considered a plus
- Attention to detail and a desire to continually learn and share knowledge
- Productive in a high-pressure environment, maintaining quality and efficiency
- Professional, credible, and committed to delivering high standards of work
- Can do attitude
- Performing ad-hoc tasks
- Available for minimum 6 months
- Living in the Netherlands
