An Amsterdam-based scale-up (70 FTE, self-funded) on a mission to create the ultimate online playground: a platform where players and game developers come together to play, create, and connect. Every day, 10 million players from all over the world visit Poki.com for free and easy access to their favorite games.
Grow the Poki playground through advertising across social platforms. You work closely together with our creative and insights specialists to create and scale display and video creatives that connect games on Poki to relevant (gaming) audiences on social platforms. You have ownership over 7 digit budgets and iterate fast based on your own performance analysis and insights from peers. A big part of the challenge is managing the complexity of running cross-device, cross-platform campaigns in over 100 markets for a collection of over 2,000 games growing every day.
Your first year will revolve around solving three major challenges that are essential to growing the Poki platform:
