About the Team
Our In-Store (SevenRooms) Account Development team is responsible for the growth of MRR across the active partner base on the Sevenrooms platform. This growth can happen through the adoption of new products, expansion into new locations for a group or by upgrading existing products that suit the needs of the partner. We work with thousands of the top full service restaurants across the US and are a leading technology provider in the space that is constantly creating new ways for our partners to grow. This sales team partners with our Customer Success team to understand the health and retention of our existing partners and identify areas of risk and growth to tailor our many solutions to meet their needs.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager on the In Store Account Development team, you will be responsible for building a new engine of growth for this line of businesses. You will be responsible for hiring, training and building the initial class of Account Development sellers, driving the MRR expansion and growth across our growing partner base. You do this building an inclusive and motivating work environment, establishing clear KPI and metrics for performance and working with our S&O and Product partners to build the optimal customer experience. You will report to our Sr. Director of SMB Sales, In Store, North America.

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
