Join the TTH global team to play a lead role in the strategic planning and transformation initiatives that are shaping the exciting future of our business. As a key driver of our cross-functional transformation journey, you’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in a range of business areas to deliver impact across TTH.

Your key responsibilities

• Play a lead role in the global TTH strategic planning cycles, tools, and frameworks
• Define and implement long and short-term KPI frameworks for TTH aligned with business strategy
• Own and evolve the TTH customer segmentation structure and governance
• Define TTH vitality metrics for a harmonized approach across TTH
• Drive various future strategic transformation initiatives to support TTH business evolution
• Manage cross-functional change with senior leaders to ensure lasting impact
• Oversee the design and execution of ERP transformation for TTH
