Join Picnic as a Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to support analytics across our Performance Marketing, Brand, and SEO teams. You’ll be in the data, driving insights, building dashboards, and designing the frameworks that help us grow faster and smarter. You’ll partner closely with the marketing team to define KPIs, build measurement models (including MMM), and surface insights that directly influence growth strategy.

Tricks of the trade

  • Dashboarding & reporting: Build and manage dashboards in Looker and Tableau to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights on CAC, LTV, ROAS, brand lift, and more for the marketing teams
  • MMM: Implement and iterate on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
  • Measurement & attribution: Ensure mobile measurement and attribution solutions are in place to accurately track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Experiment design: Design and execute incrementality experiments, such as conversion lift studies, A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of our marketing channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to drive data-informed decision-making and advocate for clean, structured data and partner with data engineering on improvements where needed

Your superpowers

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics in a high growth mobile consumer business
  • Deep understanding of marketing channel metrics, and attribution models
  • Knowledge of MMPs such as Adjust and AppsFlyer is a big plus
  • Foundational knowledge of statistics — familiarity with MMM and incrementality tests is a plus
  • Proficiency in SQL is a must — Snowflake experience is a plus
  • Experience with Python/R
  • Proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Experience with dbt, Fivetran, or similar data pipeline tools is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in flat/matrix organizations and turn ambiguous problems into structured analytical approaches
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to present complex analysis simply and clearly
  • Proactivity and ownership-driven mindset — enjoy diving into data and propose growth opportunities. Solve problems, not tasks.
