How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by leading and executing customer and user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and insights that shape our customer journeys and inform evidence-based decision-making. Your findings will spark innovation, drive sustainable solutions, and shape a future where every decision starts with the customer.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Lay the groundwork for a new discipline within our organization, setting standards for CX/UX research.
  • Helps to drive a culture shift, inspiring teams to put the customer and user at the heart of every decision.
  • Uncover deep insights into customer journeys, needs, and pain points fueling innovative, sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into actionable strategies that enhance both customer satisfaction and social impact.
  • Empower colleagues with your knowledge, building awareness and understanding of the value of CX/UX research.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • Experience in CX/UX research within service-driven organizations, ideally with a focus on sustainability or social impact.
  • Proven track record of conducting qualitative and quantitative research, with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Identity and collaborate closely with the CX Lead, UX Lead, and other internal stakeholders. The Brand & Identity team currently consists of passionate professionals dedicated to customer-centric innovation.
