Join the Technical Competence for Work Instructions team within Development & Engineering (D&E) at ASML, where we focus on improving how procedures are written across all sectors of the company. Centrally positioned within ASML, our work influences many departments, making it both complex and impactful. Our international team of eight business process analysts is currently enhancing our training landscape. We are looking for a creative and motivated Learning and Development intern to help us shape the future of training at ASML.

Your assignment

As a Learning and Development intern, you will support the creation of engaging training content that helps our stakeholders write and maintain high-quality procedures. You will gain hands-on experience in training design, video production, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while learning about ASML’s inner workings.

Main responsibilities:

  • Training design and development: enhance your skills in training design (including story line), by improving training content from a learning perspective and assisting in the creation of computer-based training modules.
  • Video production: recording and editing videos to deliver engaging and effective training material.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input and feedback.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the overall learning experience.
  • Gain company insight: understand the inner workings of a leading large scale company, gain knowledge of various aspects of procedure writing process, contributing to your professional growth.

Your profile

  • Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, multimedia design, education or a related field.
  • Have experience or enthusiasm for training development.
  • Know basic video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia) and Text-to-Speech tools.
  • Have strong analytical skills to dive into defined topics.
  • Are creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

This is an internship for minimum 5-6 months, minimum 3 days per week (2 days on site). The start date of this internship is as of February/March 2026.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
