Your assignment

As an Editorial Intern, you will support the team in planning, writing, and refining content for ASML’s internal and external channels. You will learn how to turn data into insights and help us improve how we communicate with diverse audiences. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Write, edit, and publish content for intranet, website, newsletters, and social media.
  • Proofread and refine articles, newsletters, and other written materials.
  • Support content planning and scheduling within the editorial pipeline.
  • Apply ASML’s editorial style guide to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Assist in creating reports and visualizations based on engagement analytics.
  • Help manage content assets such as photography, captions, and metadata.
  • Contribute to improving planning overviews and analyzing KPIs for better performance.

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor’s student in communications, journalism, communication technologies, or a related field.
  • Have strong writing and editing skills in English (native or near-native proficiency) and want to develop them further.
  • Understand digital channels such as websites, social media, and blogs.
  • Are collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have persuasive communication skills and an interest in science and technology.
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and SharePoint.

This is a bachelor internship for a minimum of five months, four or five days per week (at least two days on-site). The start date is February 2026.

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship.
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
