As Account Manager for the business unit PHE you will be responsible for managing a group of worldwide-based clients in a 3PL/4PL parcel shipping environment.

You will:

  • Drive revenue growth by enhancing client satisfaction and relationships.
  • Expand business through cross- and upselling transportation services.
  • Create and present tailored transport solutions.
  • Handle RFQs, and price inquiries, and create commercial proposals.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client emergencies.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes across operational functions.
  • Ensure timely, full, and on-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution.

  • Expertise in process optimization and scalable solutions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
