Who We Are

B Lab is the non-profit behind the B Corp movement. Established in 2014 as a Dutch “Stichting” (foundation), our B Lab Europe team is based in Amsterdam and works closely with country partners and global allies. Together, we advance a shared vision of an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy—where business plays a vital role in shaping a more just and sustainable future.

Since the B Corp movement was established in Europe, it has gained remarkable traction. Certified B Corps include some of the region’s most recognisable and well-respected brands including Patagonia, Tony’s Chocolonely, Too Good to Go, Chiesi, Triodos, illycaffè, and Ecosia.

At the heart of this momentum is a dynamic ecosystem: a network of certified B Corps, B Lab country-level organizations, and B Lab Europe, which coordinates certification, partnerships, and advocacy across the region. This collaborative structure ensures that the movement grows with integrity, inclusivity, and systemic impact.

Senior People & Culture Coordinator - Payroll & Employee Administration

This role is part of the People & Culture (P&C) team within Operations. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll and HR administrative processes for employees across multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will have multi-country HR experience, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing vendor relationships. This is a unique opportunity to help build the new regional P&C team and support organisational growth in a fast-changing environment. While payroll is the core responsibility, other tasks will evolve, giving the candidate the chance to help shape them.
