Introduction

The success of ASML is deeply rooted in its supplier network. Contracts play an important role in managing this network by enhancing transparency, clarifying mutual expectations and capabilities, and mitigating risks. The Contract Management Team is part of the Business Performance & Strategy Department within ASML’s Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Sector. The team’s mission is to enable a seamless contracting process that strengthens partnerships and drives ASML’s long-term success. To achieve this mission, our team acts as a liaison between multiple cross-sectoral teams.

Your Assignment

Contract Lifecycle Management is the ongoing activity to ensure effective and efficient drafting, negotiation, and implementation of ASML contracts in our Supplier Network. Your assignment mainly consists of:

  • Supporting the team with reporting and following up on analysis requests
  • Improving the quality of contracting data in the current and future CLM tool
  • Supporting the roll out of the new Icertis contract management tool
  • Analyzing contracts and executive contract summaries by applying AI

Your Profile

To be a match for this internship, you:

  • Are a Bachelor’s or a Master’s student in Law, Business Administration or Management, or a relevant field
  • Have strong attention to detail and are tech-savvy with using Microsoft 365
  • Preferably have experience working with a CLM tool and data maintenance
  • Are able to work independently with stakeholders and are proactive
  • Have strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

This is a Bachelor's or Master’s internship with a duration of 5 to 12 months, for 4-5 days a week (3 days onsite), starting as soon as possible or at the latest around February 2026. This internship is not suitable for writing a thesis.

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation explaining why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. If you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include your willingness to relocate
  • If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement)
