Marketing Automation Specialist

Your goal

As our new Marketing Automation Specialist, your goal is to make our marketing machine run smarter, faster and more personal. You will be responsible for connecting marketing, sales and data ensuring that the right entrepreneur receives the right message at the right time.

In this new role we will give you the opportunity to shape how automation and technology support our growth across Europe. You’ll work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Business Development and Data to create a seamless journey from first contact to closed deal.

You’ll manage our HubSpot environment, build advanced workflows, and make sure our CRM, website and our own Dealfunnel software work perfectly together. From lead nurturing to re-engagement, you’ll help us stay top-of-mind with every entrepreneur who’s ready for their next step.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve our marketing automation platform (HubSpot);
  • Design, build and optimise automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring and segmentation;
  • Integrate HubSpot with CRM, Dealfunnel and other marketing tools;
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate data insights into concrete improvements;
  • Collaborate with business developers to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up;
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual marketing and outreach processes;
  • Experiment with AI and new technologies to improve marketing efficiency and personalization.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or similar;
  • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, CRM or similar;
  • Proven experience with HubSpot;
  • Analytical, data-driven and eager to learn;
  • A proactive doer who loves to build and improve systems;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
