You will act as a trusted technical advisor — providing expertise on systems, processes, and infrastructure to help shape safe, reliable, and future-ready engineering solutions.

This position combines hands-on technical support with proactive advisory work, supporting committees, service teams, and project teams in achieving operational excellence and compliance with the highest safety and sustainability standards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external experts, suppliers, and service partners.
  • Provide clear technical documentation and advice to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all technical operations.

About You

You’re a technically strong, detail-oriented engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and supporting continuous improvement. You communicate clearly, think analytically, and enjoy working across disciplines to achieve shared goals.

You’ll bring:

  • A degree (or advanced study) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Automation Engineering.
  • Experience with automation software such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Beckhoff.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills in a service and project-driven environment.
  • Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
  • A proactive and structured work style, with strong attention to quality and safety.
  • Excellent collaboration and advisory skills within multidisciplinary teams.
