About the role

As a Senior Analyst in Military Operations focusing on Maritime & Integrated Air & Missile Defense, you will contribute to innovative research and analysis in the field of defense and security. You will work on complex projects that support the Dutch armed forces and international partners, providing insights and solutions for operational challenges in maritime and integrated air and missile defense domains.

What you will do

• Conduct advanced analyses of military operations, with a focus on maritime and integrated air & missile defense.
• Develop and apply models and simulations to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of experts and stakeholders from defense organizations.
• Translate research findings into practical recommendations for clients and partners.
• Stay up to date with the latest technological and strategic developments in defense and security.

What we expect from you

• Extensive experience in military operations analysis, preferably in maritime or air & missile defense domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
