Are you ready to take the next step in shaping ASML’s future? As a System Industrialization Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the EUV Source program, driving industrialization and reliability for our breakthrough technologies.

Role and responsibilities

As a System Industrialization Engineer, you will:

  • Be a leader towards your peers, giving guidance and coaching fellow engineers to a higher level.
  • Communicate to higher level management on the topics that your team owns.
  • Act as the right hand of your team architect and take over tasks where needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new products are manufacturable and serviceable.
  • Review technical documentation and incorporate customer requirements.
  • Define and create service and manufacturing activities, including diagnostics and recovery processes.
  • Drive industrialization of new products through process engineering and risk mitigation.
  • Optimize factory cycle times and machine installation sequences.
  • Prepare and train Field and Factory teams for new product introductions.
  • Support rapid resolution of complex system issues at customer and supplier sites.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, physics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or mathematics.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary team related to design, implementation, or maintenance of complex high-tech systems.
  • Experience with process engineering, FMEA, and technical documentation.

Early focus on product industrialization helps prevent manufacturing and quality issues and improves delivery times. You’ll work closely with design, customer support, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to achieve program targets.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
