About the department:

The R&D department plans the sustainable product and technology roadmap for Europe and works on developing advanced, full electric vehicle series, which fulfill current and future European private transportation market needs. By cooperating with European leading suppliers, the R&D department continuously upgrades design and engineering abilities for excellent product performance and quality.

As an R&D Engineer, you will do research, analysis, and evaluation of E-mobility products, user experience, and usability of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. You will use these research insights for product development and iteration, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for docking the big data platform of the whole vehicle;
• Establishing the big data system of the high-voltage system;
• Managing the quality of the big data of the high-voltage system;
• Completing the problem analysis and solution according to the after-sales needs;
• Other tasks may be related to the field.

Your profile:

• Familiar with the interaction between the high-voltage system of electric vehicles and other systems;
• Familiar with the basic principles of CAN network, understand the function of TBOX, have vehicle bus data analysis ability, and be proficient in using various CAN network data analysis software;
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and conduct research practices in an agile way.
• Fluent in English
• Passionate about the New Energy Vehicles Industry;
• Self-motivated but also an active team player;
• Driving license B could be a plus.
