Your role in the journey

As Front Office Trainee, you’ll be the face of the hotel — welcoming guests, answering questions, and creating authentic luxury moments. You’ll learn the ins and outs of front office operations and gain valuable skills in guest relations, upselling, complaint handling and LQA standards.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling check-in and check-out procedures
  • Performing administrative tasks related to guest stays
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel and surroundings
  • Answering questions and resolving issues with care and professionalism
  • Creating warm, memorable experiences for every guest

What you’ll bring

  • Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends)
  • A flexible, motivated and stress-resistant mindset
  • A natural interest in people and different cultures
  • The ability to surprise guests with your personal touch
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
