O9 Planning Transformation Lead

The O9 Planning Transformation Lead is a pivotal role, responsible for leading the Delivery teams that are working within the capability teams to deliver the end-to-end o9 solution. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of delivering supply chain technology solutions, with the ability to support the translation of the business needs into a technology solution. The O9 Planning Transformation Lead will work alongside the Head of Architecture, client Program Manager and Business Lead to ensure the solution meets the client’s business objectives.

This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of o9 solutions that meet business requirements and drive organizational success.

The Workstream Leads supporting each capability report into the Technology Delivery Lead, so the O9 Planning Transformation Lead needs to have a background in creating technology solutions that can integrate multiple source systems to deliver a seamless experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Delivery: Oversee the overall delivery of the o9’s supply chain solution. Review deliverables from the teams to ensure they meet quality and project requirements.
• Service Delivery: Coordinate to ensure effective transition and service delivery of solution to client teams for ongoing management.
• Project Management: Plan and manage the deployment of solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Agile Operating Model: Maintain an agile operating model to deliver the programme solution.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with functional leads to align technical delivery with business objectives and requirements. Maintain and expand strategic alliances with technology partners.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the technical delivery of projects.
• Technology Integration: Understand how to leverage advanced technologies such as blockchain and big data analytics to enhance supply chain capabilities.
• Governance: Establish and maintain reporting and governance processes to track project progress, deliverables, effort and costs.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution efficiency and effectiveness.
